I’m a QA Automation Engineer (SDET) with 5+ years covering functional, API, UI, and end-to-end testing for web and mobile messaging platforms.

At Mobile Commons (formerly part of Upland Software India Pvt Ltd), I support UI and API releases with automation strategy, test reviews, mentoring, and release sign-off. I’ve built and maintained scalable Playwright automation frameworks using POM, fixtures, reusable components, custom commands, and reusable test scripts.

I integrate automated suites into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, analyze results to find defects and flaky tests, and improve the framework over time. I also automate end-to-end regression scenarios with Selenium (Java and Python) and run release-validation work using Postman-based REST API testing.

I’ve also had hands-on exposure to AI testing and AI-assisted automation—prompt testing, LLM response validation, RAG grounding checks, hallucination checks, test case generation, and test data preparation—while using Python for automation scripting and reusable utilities.
