At Prodcon India, I built reusable C#/.NET code-stage objects for LabCorp that ran 80% faster than native stages. I also supported 12 legacy automations, refactoring outdated code and cutting production failures by around 90%.
At Wipro Limited, I built multi-bot Blue Prism orchestration for a telecom process handling up to 400,000 items per day, as part of a program that saved USD 5M a year in FTE cost. I also built reusable components and optimized work-queue management to reduce end-to-end execution time.
At Volvo Cars India, previously Ernst & Young, I automated document-heavy processes for HSBC with Decipher and dynamic XPaths. I ran delivery from feasibility analysis and process design documentation through build and UAT, and mentored junior developers on Blue Prism standards.
I'm now building Sitechat, a multi-tenant RAG assistant with tool calling that answers from a business’s own content and helps capture leads. I improved its MRR from 0.46 to 0.90 through document restructuring and cut p50 latency from 11 seconds to 4 seconds.
