At Tata Consultancy Services, I bridge business and technology teams across BFSI and Utilities, using clear documentation and data-driven insights to support their work.
I gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and prepare BRDs and FRDs. I also map processes and design workflows, supporting projects such as core banking and digital LOS systems, Customer 360°, and regulatory reporting automation.
I develop Power BI dashboards using data modeling, DAX, and SQL. My project work includes Utilities asset management and downtime tracking, SLA dashboards, consumption and billing analysis, as well as fraud detection, claims analysis, and Power BI MIS.
Earlier at Tata Consultancy Services, I worked on testing, including test plans and scripts using Python and Selenium, regression testing, and UAT support. Before that, I held production roles at Crescent Foundry and Gemus Engineering Ltd., working on production planning, charge calculation, and rejection analysis.
