I'm seeking a remote Utilization Review, Concurrent Review, Case Management, or Care Management RN position where I can apply medical necessity review, care coordination, discharge planning, and acute-care nursing experience.

I've conducted remote concurrent utilization reviews at Health Plan of San Joaquin, using MCG Guidelines to assess medical necessity, support authorization decisions, and coordinate discharge planning with physicians, hospitals, and case managers.

Across Kaiser Permanente, Doctors Hospital of Manteca, and Doctors Medical Center, I've provided acute, telephonic, and care coordination nursing across Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, Step-Down/Neuro ICU, Labor & Delivery, and Float Pool settings.
