At Berkeley City College & Laney College, I designed and ran biochemical and molecular assays, including ELISA, PCR, DNA fingerprinting, and enzymatic activity assays. I also isolated and purified B-galactosidase from E. coli.
I applied agarose gel electrophoresis, SDS-PAGE, and Western blotting, and measured protein concentrations using UV/VIS spectrophotometry. I prepared media and solutions, maintained detailed records, and operated and maintained core laboratory equipment.
As a Laboratory Research Assistant at St. John's College, Dr. Ambedkar University, I carried out hands-on laboratory work for the MSc Entomology programme. I dissected invertebrates and insects, conducted physiological experiments on rats and frogs, and analysed specimens using light, TEM, and SEM microscopy.
I'm based in Eindhoven and keen to apply my laboratory skills in a GLP/ISO-regulated immunology and virology environment. I also work as a Private Science & Academic Tutor, coaching primary and secondary school students.
