I seek senior backend or leadership roles where I can modernize systems, mentor engineers, and drive high-quality, scalable software delivery.

I am a Senior Software Engineer with over 16 years of experience designing scalable backend systems, modernizing legacy applications, and building microservices with Java, Spring Boot and .NET technologies. I lead development teams, conduct code reviews, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.

My career includes senior roles at Softr and Adobe and a Principal Software Developer/Team Lead position where I planned development cycles, mentored engineers, and participated in hiring. I have a strong academic background with a Ph.D. in Computer Science, 15+ published scientific articles, and three textbooks.

I am passionate about clean code, continuous improvement, and fostering positive team culture while driving technical modernization and practical R&D initiatives that deliver business value.
