At TransUnion, I resolve structured consumer credit disputes in a regulated data environment, validating credit data against internal controls and regulatory requirements.
I identify recurring dispute patterns and data quality issues, and escalate root causes to improve resolution accuracy. I’ve received a Most Improved certificate and weekly recognition for top CSAT scores.
In my Financial Modelling studies at the University of South Africa (UNISA), I’ve applied binomial option pricing to barrier and Asian options and built forecasting models in R Markdown. I’ve also computed Value at Risk and Expected Shortfall and modelled volatility using EWMA.
