What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can document observability and APIs, improve monitoring strategy, and apply analytics to optimize operations within collaborative, cross-functional teams.

I am a Technical Writer and Computer Science graduate focused on observability, API documentation, data analytics, and operations strategy. I translate complex distributed systems into structured, consumable documentation that speeds onboarding and improves incident response.

In operational roles I analyzed workflows, identified bottlenecks, and implemented data-driven process improvements that increased efficiency and supported digital documentation and automation efforts. My observability work includes designing instrumentation guidance based on OpenTelemetry and documenting trace-based debugging workflows.

I have built reusable REST API documentation frameworks, standardized authentication and error-handling references, and developed monitoring and alerting strategy designs aligned with SLA/SLO objectives. I also delivered analytics dashboards that improved reporting efficiency and executive readiness.
