I’m a dynamic IT officer with hands-on experience in application support and network operations, plus research capabilities in sensor technology research. I bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including building predictive models for gas leakage detection.

As a ResearchProjectLead at Islamic University in Uganda, I spearheaded sensor technology integration with data collection and analysis. I formulated and executed research plans, developed algorithms, documented results, and presented findings to faculty and peers to encourage collaboration and feedback. I engineered and validated predictive models for estimating remaining burning time and detecting gas leakages in gas cylinders using Anaconda software with NumPy and Pandas for enhanced data processing.

Earlier, as an IT Intern (Application Support and Network Operations) at Uganda Revenue Authority, I delivered application support while participating in software testing and deployment cycles. I helped integrate EFRIS systems, maintained integrity through careful data entry, monitored and optimized IT systems, configured routers and switches, diagnosed network connectivity issues, and contributed to documentation and reporting to support effective teamwork.
