I’m a detail-oriented automotive service professional with a strong work ethic developed through Penske Service, where I worked as a CSR2, PM-certified fueler/washer/detailer across swing shift and graveyard. I’m dependable under pressure, focused on quality, and motivated by meeting deadlines.

At Penske, I effectively led a team of CSRs, combining clear communication with hands-on service execution. I write clearly and concisely, listen attentively, and stay organized when multitasking in a fast-moving environment.

Before that, I built real teamwork and operational stamina at Harmon Brewing Company as a line cook, working on a two-person team and running the brewery and pub. I handled cooking, dishwashing, kitchen cleaning, running orders to tables, and organizing inventory—open to close 5 days a week.

I also gained strong coordination skills through service porter roles at Capitol City Honda and Autonation (GO) Honda 104, including organizing the lot, coordinating orders with parts, performing dealer trades, delivering cars to customers, and onboarding new car truckloads. Earlier coursework in statistics and general chemistry, along with AP Calculus and FRC Robotics, taught me how to learn fast and execute reliably.
