In my current role as an Audit and Compliance Officer at The Kandel Group UK, I review and verify financial records and transactions to detect errors or irregularities, conduct internal audits for accuracy, operational efficiency, and policy compliance, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and organizational financial controls. I assess internal controls, recommend improvements for stronger risk management, monitor compliance across departments, support external audits with required documentation, and perform detailed account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
