At Sankalpa Mahila Bikas Samiti, I coordinate community programmes across health, education, women's empowerment, and environmental sustainability. I've coordinated 27+ programmes and supported outreach reaching 1,300+ individuals and benefiting 400–500 families.
I mobilised 300+ volunteers and coordinate stakeholders, documentation, and field activities to support project implementation and reporting. I also allocate programme budgets and disburse payments to workers and volunteers.
At Than Singh Ki Pathshala, I taught English, Science, and Social Science to students from Class 1 to 10. I also counselled students to support attendance and participation.
As HR Head of Students' Association of Philosophy, I led recruitment and onboarding of 35+ members and coordinated 10+ academic events, seminars, and student initiatives. I managed event budgets, scheduling, internal communication, and participation records.
