What I'm looking for

I’m seeking roles that value teaching expertise, organisation, and analytical thinking—where I can deliver structured maths teaching, produce clear assessment/progress reporting, and support measurable student outcomes through strong record-keeping and feedback.

I’m a Qualified Mathematics Teacher (QTS) with a BSc in Mathematical Science (Upper Second-Class Honours) and extensive experience teaching mathematics and English across secondary and tutoring settings. I bring strong numerical reasoning, structured thinking, and a practical, student-focused approach to every lesson.

In my tutoring work, I prepare lesson plans and learning materials for students up to A-Level, while maintaining records for schedules, payments, and resources. I also produce progress reports to monitor student outcomes and support clear, measurable improvement.

As a trainee Mathematics Teacher, I’ve supported KS3 and KS4 classes, contributed to targeted Maths intervention sessions, and delivered after-school GCSE support using exam-style questions and techniques. I assess student work, provide feedback to support progress, manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies, and observe A-Level (KS5) lessons to build subject knowledge and advanced pedagogy.

Beyond teaching, I’ve developed disciplined operational and reporting skills through experience as a Financial Administrator, including bookkeeping and producing operational and financial reports using Xero. I’m now seeking roles that value teaching expertise, organisation, and analytical thinking—so students get the structure, clarity, and tracking they need to succeed.
