On Upwork, I design and build GoHighLevel sales funnels, landing pages, and automated workflows for lead generation, nurturing, and appointment booking. This work reduced manual follow-up time by 30–40% for freelance clients.

I’ve architected CRM pipelines and automation logic in GoHighLevel to improve lead-to-appointment conversion, restructuring contact stages and trigger sequences to address drop-off points. I also built an Instagram lead magnet workflow that captures emails, updates contact records, delivers resources, and starts email and SMS follow-up.

To cut lead response time, I developed an AI-powered call and voicemail-drop workflow with conditional branching that enrolls leads in nurture sequences based on their behavior. I monitor campaign metrics and SLA adherence to refine workflows and reduce escalation delays.

At Pixis, I executed SEO strategies for client accounts, increasing organic traffic by 25–35% year over year. I brought SEO performance data into actionable recommendations that connected organic acquisition with downstream conversion goals.
