I'm looking to use data modeling, reporting, visualization, and analysis to deliver actionable insights, improve decision-making, and support people-centered business outcomes.

At National Veterinary Associates, I manage the talent acquisition data lifecycle for more than 900 U.S. veterinary hospitals, from data input and scrubbing through dataflows, visualization, and storytelling.

I provide people-centered KPIs—including fills, conversion rates, time to fill, retention, and workforce forecasting—to internal and external stakeholders. My recurring MBR, QBR, and ad hoc reporting gives leadership detailed insights and recommendations for next steps.
