I’m looking to lead governance-first data programs—tool-agnostic, measurable (KPI/OKR), and audit-ready—where I can build councils and stewardship, improve data quality continuously, and partner with IT/AI teams on modern platforms.

I’m a data governance leader with 14+ years building and running enterprise governance capabilities for global organizations. I stand up governance operating models from the ground up—domains, councils, RACI, policy and standards stacks, and stewardship programs—and turn them into measurable business outcomes, including reducing critical data errors by 85% across operations in 90+ countries.

I’m hands-on and tool-agnostic by design, with experience across SAP MDG / S/4HANA, Microsoft Purview, Informatica, and Snowflake. In recent roles, I’ve led enterprise catalog development, configured master data automation (including practical AI adoption), documented data lineage for SOX audit readiness, and worked with C-level stakeholders through data governance councils to enforce governance policy across multiple sites.
