What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can help people, strengthen my customer service and sales skills, adapt to new responsibilities, and continue learning on the job.

At Harbor Freight Tools, I assist customers with product selection, answer questions throughout the purchasing process, and recommend company-exclusive benefits.

I've developed sales and upselling techniques while maintaining a positive, customer-focused shopping experience. I also support merchandise receiving, stocking, product placement, inventory management, and store organization.

Previously, at CGH Medical Center, I delivered patient trays, set up deliveries, and maintained clean, organized dish storage. I'm determined to learn, quick to adapt, and willing to help people.
