At EY Tunisia, I designed a three-layer data architecture and dimensional data warehouse for historical business data. I also developed and orchestrated four Apache Airflow workflows and implemented data quality checks.
I built and integrated four Power BI dashboards to support business performance monitoring. I collaborated on translating business requirements into KPIs, data models, and automated reporting workflows.
At SOFRECOM, I developed a proof of concept for predictive cloud resource optimization using transaction-volume forecasting. I built a Python forecasting pipeline and deployed its service on Kubernetes, adding predictive scaling alongside reactive autoscaling.
At DRÄXLMAIER, I analyzed production data, defined operational KPIs, and delivered a Power BI dashboard for production monitoring. In a cosmetic supply chain project, I also modeled operational data and built Talend ETL pipelines and Power BI dashboards.

Documented BI reporting processes, including data sources, business calculation rules and refresh cycles, helping standardize reporting requirements. Analyzed production data and transformed operational requirements into KPIs including downtime, stops and availability.
