I build Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards that automate approvals, notifications, document management, and reporting for VA healthcare operations.
At the VHA Office of Integrated Veteran Care, I prototyped applications for Consult Toolbox report requests and data-error intake, built a ticketing application for the Orlando VA Health Care System, and created report-usage KPI reporting for leadership.
At Orlando VA Medical Center, I developed leadership dashboards, automated clinic-cancellation approvals, scheduling coverage tools, and patient and staff tracking systems. I also managed reporting security, wrote SQL queries, and delivered facility-wide data literacy training.
