Samadhi Hernaiz

I’m a results-oriented high school student with hands-on experience across marketing, sales, customer engagement, and leadership development. I was selected for a guaranteed full-time career pathway through a Management Development Track internship with POW Marketing, and I’ve also earned a Leadership Award in Professional Communications for my communication strength.

In my current role, I support high-volume outreach, marketing coordination, and administrative operations as an Assistant Marketing/Quality Management Management Track Paid Intern. I manage 87–100 outbound calls daily with a 39–40% connection rate, re-engage approximately 10% of canceled accounts, and support quality control, event planning, and social media marketing while running targeted outreach campaigns across multiple companies.

Before this, I served as an Assistant Marketing Manager for the CUTX SMART Branch, improving communication by presenting to large groups on lengthy financial literacy topics and persuading uninterested students to open accounts. I also work as a Swim Instructor at Aqua-Tots Swim School, solving in high-pressure environments to prioritize safety for minors, working with special needs kids, and building patient, enjoyable class experiences.
