What I'm looking for

I’m looking to design and optimize enterprise conversational systems—building agentic AI with LLM fine-tuning, RAG, and strong evaluation—to deliver accurate, human-centric experiences with measurable user engagement.

I’m a dynamic NLP Engineer and Conversational AI Specialist who bridges advanced linguistics with scalable AI technology. I architect intuitive conversational flows, fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs), and build Agentic AI frameworks that deliver context-aware, data-driven responses for enterprise users.

In my recent work, I’ve developed conversational architectures with LLM frameworks, optimized large-scale models to improve agent performance and retention, and implemented analytical-led refinements across high-traffic platforms. I also lead high-impact intent classification (≈90% accuracy) and design voice bot experiences combining STT and TTS—supported by my CDI certification and my training credentials as a designer and certified trainer in both Kore AI and Cognigy.AI.
