I'm looking to build scalable backend products, lead technical design decisions, and work across teams on reliable systems that improve customer experiences and business outcomes.

At Habuild, I designed and implemented the Offer Service for its Gamification initiative, creating an extensible platform for dynamic rewards such as vouchers, coupons, and gifts while supporting smooth migration and future expansion.

Previously at Meesho, I revamped Meesho Wallet to increase user retention by 8%, built a refund automation pipeline that reduced customer waiting times by 90%, and developed a rule engine that reduced costs by 65%. I also strengthened customer support infrastructure, contributing to a 20% improvement in customer satisfaction.
