I’m a results-driven IT Manager and AWS Cloud Engineer with 4+ years of experience designing and managing IT infrastructure across multiple healthcare facilities. I focus on dependable operations, scalable cloud solutions, and practical leadership that improves day-to-day outcomes.

In my current role, I oversee IT operations across multiple hospitals and health centers, ensuring 99%+ system uptime. I also administer network infrastructure—VPNs, firewalls, DNS, and routing/switching—and lead hardware procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management for 100+ endpoints across facilities.

I bring hands-on cloud expertise, building scalable AWS infrastructure using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code. I’ve implemented CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments, and I develop serverless solutions with AWS Lambda, Amazon Polly, and event-driven patterns to minimize operational overhead.

I’m passionate about leading teams and collaborating with stakeholders to align IT strategy with operational goals. From mentoring IT interns to delivering cloud projects like a Text-to-Speech application and an Alexa Skill using AWS Lambda and the Alexa Skill Kit (ASK), I consistently aim for efficiency, reliability, and measurable impact.
