I’m looking for a role where I can lead operations and analytics end-to-end—owning settlements, forecasting, reconciliations, and month-end close—while driving continuous process improvements with Lean methods and partnering with stakeholders to deliver accurate, audit-ready reporting.

I’m a results-driven operations and analytics professional who specializes in Energy Settlements, cash flow forecasting, invoice reconciliations, and month-end close execution. I translate complex financial workflows into clear, decision-ready insights through trend analysis, KPI/CPI tracking, and consistent financial reporting. I also focus on accuracy and compliance by aligning reconciliations to the trial balance and general ledger.

In my current Lead Analyst role, I oversee and coordinate a team of 12 members to ensure smooth workflows, high-quality deliverables, and operational efficiency. I prepare data-driven models to support accurate cash flow forecasting and budget planning for power, gas, and green energy commodities, while liaising with external stakeholders to deliver actionable insights. I also lead month-end close activities by collaborating cross-functionally and preparing reports such as gross margin for timely and accurate results.

I’ve repeatedly improved how teams operate by using Lean methodologies to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies, including automation and process optimization initiatives. I also strengthen organizational capability through training and stakeholder alignment—coordinating learning programs, managing scheduling with trainers, and training 20+ SMEs and Operations Managers across global sites to standardize new processes. Earlier, I built strong foundations in business analysis, data-driven campaign work, and audit-ready process documentation.
