I'm looking to build reliable analytics workflows, automate reporting, and create dashboards that help technical and non-technical stakeholders make better decisions.

At Rashmi Group in Kolkata, I automate recurring reporting across business sources using Python, Selenium, BeautifulSoup, and portal APIs, saving more than 10 hours of manual work each week.

I've developed and maintained 10+ interactive dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, and Advanced Excel. These dashboards use KPI measures, Power Query, DAX, drill-down analysis, slicers, and automated refresh workflows to reduce management report-review time by 30%.

I work across 20+ CRM tables for two group companies, building SQL stored procedures to extract, transform, reconcile, and validate data. I also standardized and validated more than 2 million ERP data points through automated Python and SQL workflows, reducing manual reporting effort by 40%.

I'm currently developing an e-commerce product analytics pipeline that analyzes women's-shirt listings across five marketplaces to uncover pricing, promotions, product attributes, assortment gaps, and high-engagement products.
