At Futurus Finance, I built DCF and LBO models and conducted M&A accretion/dilution analysis to evaluate company value and transaction economics. I also researched more than 20 aerospace and defence companies and developed sector-focused investment theses and presentations.
As an Analyst at V L & Co. (IIFL Finance engagement), I reviewed 1,500+ gold-loan packets across 50+ branches, checking documentation and financial data against policy and control requirements. I identified exceptions and control gaps, and led a four-member team to 100% on-time completion across four institutional clients.
Since July 2026, I’ve been independently researching companies and sectors, developing investment theses, and preparing investment and pitch decks. My project work includes M&A analysis of Delhivery's INR 1,407 Cr acquisition of Ecom Express, logistics and warehousing target screening, and a DCF valuation of ITC.
