At ANPLIFY, I build valuation models across technology, digital payments, marketplaces, health tech, SaaS, and mining. My work includes three-statement models, DCF, LBO, trading comparables, and precedent transactions to support M&A and equity raising.

I also prepare equity research and diligence reports on metals and mining companies, using financial statements, project economics, and commodity markets to develop investment theses. For a technology-sector M&A transaction, I supported live execution through valuation analysis, synergy validation, and strategic buyer assessment.

At ANPLIFY, I authored investment materials for institutional buyers and sponsors across APAC, the US, and the UK. I also performed credit analysis and underwriting for lower-middle-market clients.
