I manage and resolve 20–25 tickets daily and consistently maintain 95% SLA compliance. I handle user provisioning and access management using Active Directory, and I deliver remote support using RDP and AnyDesk while working through hardware, software, and network problems.
I also support common connectivity and service issues, including VPN, DNS, and DHCP, and troubleshoot Office 365 and Windows OS incidents. Familiar with ITIL and root cause analysis (RCA), I document and escalate issues to L2 teams to drive durable fixes and improved customer satisfaction.
