I create and maintain product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and other product information. I also maintain collections, tags, and discount codes.
I update homepage promotions and create Shopify banners and promotional creatives using Canva.
Alongside the store work, I manage the brand’s Instagram presence, creating posts and stories. Previously, I conducted market research and developed qualified leads at SOFCON INDIA PVT. LTD, and handled inbound and outbound calls at SUNTEC WEBSERVICES, DELHI.
