Strategy Consultant at Accenture Strategy modeling distribution networks and identifying 5–8% scenario cost savings for Honeywell Advanced Materials.

Message

At Accenture Strategy, I modeled a future-state distribution network for Honeywell Advanced Materials’ specialty chemicals spin-off using Optilogic Cosmic Frog. The work identified 5–8% scenario cost savings across plants, distribution centers, and product families.

I also led cross-market discovery and process assessment for Magnum’s SAP S/4HANA logistics and transportation transformation, covering EWM and Transportation (LE-TRA) across 9 markets. For a global oil and gas pitch, I led an AnyLogic 3D simulation supporting Accenture leadership during the client presentation.

At Fractal Analytics, I enabled real-time supply chain visibility through a Digital Twin for a hi-tech manufacturer. I also contributed to a V2C allocation engine that enhanced customer service level by 10% and net sales value by 7%.

Earlier, at Molex LLC, I delivered a 7% cost reduction—more than $1.6 million—for US B2B supply chain optimization in the AMEX region, and achieved a 4% cost reduction in China distribution using Llamasoft. My experience also includes network optimization at DHL Global Solution Design, finance transformation at EY GDS, and HR process digitization at TCS.
