At Cummins, I owned the supply chain IT roadmap across Blue Yonder WMS, WCS, TMS, and IBP, Azure Data Lake, Snowflake, Power BI, and ERP automation. I delivered an on-time, zero-disruption WMS go-live for a $265M aftermarket business, $800K+ annual demurrage savings through RFID yard orchestration, and $65K annual transportation savings.
I translate business priorities into governed technology roadmaps, architecture decisions, and investment outcomes. My work spans ERP, warehouse and transportation systems, cloud analytics, SaaS integration, AI strategy, vendor governance, and C-level stakeholder alignment.

Owned end-to-end Supply Chain IT transformation roadmap and solution, driving enterprise-wide standardization, process automation, SaaS deployment, and integration across business units. Led WMS implementation at a greenfield logistics centre, achieving on-time go-live and zero-disruption warehouse transition.
Designed scalable, cybersecure cloud-first architectures for 3PL/freight platforms (Blue Yonder, CargoWise, Kontainers) across APAC. Influenced C-level decisions via ASRB proposals, achieving $100K cost avoidance. Led demerger TSAs and SaaS integrations to eliminate data silos and boost supply chain visibility.
Designed and deployed IBP, Order Management, and AI SC control tower solutions, extending planning horizons, improving forecast accuracy, and enabling multi-tier visibility. Enabled collaborative planning and replenishment, unlocking cost savings across extended supply chain networks. Identified end-to-end capability gaps and led innovation initiatives with the Product team.
Led global Oracle R12 EBS (P2P & O2C) rollouts, delivering $12M+ savings via inventory pooling across Europe & Asia. Drove Pan-Europe SAP–3PL WMS integrations ($3M/yr savings) and EXIM digitisation for improved cross-border visibility. Directed 6-member PMO on multi-million-dollar US ITSM program covering revenue recognition, compliance, SLAs & stakeholder management.
