@sairakesh

Business Analyst at PROMEA and a Software Quality Analyst on an NPCI client account, analyzing payment records and resolving data discrepancies.

What I'm looking for

I'm interested in business process analysis, transaction monitoring operations, and improving data-driven controls.

At NPCI client, I validated financial and operational payment records against business rules, matched records in Excel, and investigated discrepancies. I documented exceptions and coordinated follow-up with operations stakeholders.

At PROMEA, I maintained order, vendor, invoice, and logistics information and prepared operational reports and KPI updates. In my projects, I analyzed sample payment and trip data with Python and SQL, and built a Power BI dashboard for ride-booking trends.
