In my role as a Teacher and IT Admin at Little Jewels School, I contributed to policy-making and strategic planning while maintaining strong relationships with international exam bodies like Edexcel and Cambridge International Examination. My responsibilities included overseeing student progress, managing online registrations, and fostering an environment of open communication with students and parents.

As the Head of EPD and System Coordinator at English Track, I designed courses, managed enrolments, and implemented an LMS strategy aligned with organizational goals. My focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement has allowed me to create effective learning materials and assessments that meet the needs of students and educators.
