What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Research Associate or Associate Scientist role where I can develop and optimize molecular, cell-based, or microbiology assays in an academic, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or GMP-regulated laboratory.

At Long Island University, I engineered an antibiotic-loaded outer membrane vesicle delivery system that reduced Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1 biofilm biomass by 44%.

I've independently designed and optimized BSL-2 molecular biology studies using nucleic acid characterization, ultracentrifugation, SDS-PAGE, fluorescence assays, protein quantification, and comparative antibiotic efficacy testing. My work spans assay development, validation, troubleshooting, SOP-driven documentation, and analytical data interpretation.

Previously, at the National Centre for Cell Sciences, I supported macrophage immunometabolism research in non-small cell lung cancer through mammalian cell culture, ELISA, western blotting, flow cytometry, and RNA isolation. I also gained regulated GMP/QC laboratory experience at Eisen Pharmaceuticals and train students on laboratory techniques and safety procedures.
