At ThoughtClan Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I develop and support production enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core Web API, and SQL Server. I also build React.js and TypeScript features that connect with backend APIs.
On the Power Plant Telemetry Insights Chatbot, I reduced response latency from 55–65 seconds to 4–7 seconds through parallel agent execution. The production chatbot provides natural-language access to telemetry information across 3 power plants and 27 units.
I also developed AI-assisted OCR workflows for the Laytime Management System, automating document extraction and validation to reduce processing time in that workflow to approximately 2–3 seconds. My work spans database development, integrations, testing, and production troubleshooting.
