I am a Workday Techno-Functional Consultant with 5.7 years of overall experience, including 4.2 years of hands-on Workday delivery. I specialize in Workday Data Conversion, Data Migration, and Validation across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting, with a strong focus on accurate, compliant, and timely data loads.

In my current role (MAY 2023 to Till Date at HCSC – Globestar Software LTD), I lead large-scale Workday conversions covering employee, job, compensation, payroll, and benefits data. I design and execute Inbound EIBs for Worker, Position, Job Profile, Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits, support mock conversions and production cutover, and resolve data discrepancies with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams.

I bring integration and reporting strengths, including hands-on work with Workday Studio, core connectors (data loads), PECI, and report/dashboard creation. I use XML and XSLT transformations to format inbound data to Workday requirements, and I support payroll integrations (e.g., ADP) to ensure the correct employee and compensation data flow.

I also manage core security and configuration needs—performing regular audits and reviews of security configurations to maintain compliance with GDPR, Sox, and HIPAA. Previously (AUG 2021 to APRIL 2023 at Centrex – Globestar Software LTD), I supported tenant-to-tenant migration, bi-annual upgrades, post-load validation, and Workday integrations; earlier at IPSOFT (FEB 2020 to JULY 2021), I worked with Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, Payroll, and also led a PeopleSoft upgrade from 8.8 to 9.2.
