My role involves troubleshooting fiber issues and providing support to field teams, ensuring seamless operations across multiple projects.

Previously, I served as a Field Engineer at Fibconnect India Private Limited, where I honed my skills in installation and maintenance of network support equipment. My experience also includes working as a Risk Analyst at Home Credit India Finance, where I developed strong problem-resolution skills by tracking customer interactions.
