I’m a highly motivated BIM Architect with hands of experience in developing and managing BIM models for architectural projects. I specialize in building BIM deliverables aligned to BIM workflows and standards, especially across hospitality, aviation, retail, and institutional work.

In my recent roles, I have delivered comprehensive BIM LOD 300 & 350 models and construction sets, including detailed interiors for hospitality projects. I also developed LOD 300 & 350 models and deatil drawings for government institutions and office-space related packages.

I’m strong in coordination and quality control using Navisworks: I identified and resolved over 250+ critical architectural/MEP clashes and reduced potential RFI volume by an estimated 25% during construction. For aviation and airport retail zones, I led BIM modeling to ensure LOD 350 compliance across architectural elements and produced leased out drawings (LOD's) and detailed ticketing counter designs for multiple vendors.

Across projects, I’m committed to design fidelity and execution-ready outputs—working through the design-to-execution cycle, producing working drawings, and conducting site BIM visits when needed. I’ve built a solid foundation in Revit modeling techniques and BIM standards, and I’m now seeking to contribute to innovative design and construction solutions.
