At Nagarro Software Private Limited, I build Power BI and Tableau reporting solutions for clients including BCG, BMW, and Care Wise Health. I turn business requirements into dashboards, data validation processes, and actionable reporting.

For BCG, I analyzed HR-data migration from Oracle to Snowflake, created reports for candidates, jobs, applications, and offers, and used DAX and SQL to identify matched and unmatched critical records. I also delivered discrepancy reporting, published production reports, and walked stakeholders through dashboards.

For BMW, I developed campaign and customer dashboards, monitored campaign performance against KPIs, implemented Row-Level Security, improved dashboard performance, and managed Power BI Service publishing, gateways, and scheduled refreshes.

I work across Power BI, Tableau, SQL Server, Snowflake, Oracle, Redshift, BigQuery, and Excel, with hands-on experience in DAX, Power Query, dimensional modeling, testing, reconciliation, and performance tuning. I enjoy translating business needs into reliable, interactive reporting solutions.
