I lead QA/QC for heavy steel structures, boilers, pressure vessels, piping, fabrication, oil and gas, refinery, and power plant projects. I am a CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector and NDT Level II professional across UT, RT, MT, PT, VT, and ET.
At Pinax Steel Industries, I manage quality for heavy steel fabrication projects, coordinating clients, consultants, TPI agencies, production teams, audits, inspections, NCRs, and quality dossiers. Previously, I carried out mechanical inspection work with Bureau Veritas India and SGS India on refinery, energy, shutdown, and large construction projects.
I work with ASME, AWS, IS, and API 1104 requirements, reviewing QAPs, ITPs, WPS, PQRs, welder qualifications, material certificates, and NDT procedures. My work covers welding, fit-up, dimensional checks, hydro tests, blasting, painting, vendor inspections, and mechanical testing.
