At SKH Metals Limited Manesar, I work as a DET - Quality Assurance in the Weld Shop, supporting in-process quality for sheet metal stamped and welded assemblies.

I monitor 4M conditions on the line and carry out process, product, and quality system audits. I also report daily line quality issues and line call status during morning meetings.

I control welding, nugget, UTM, and torque test records, and check weld-related component characteristics. I prepare and update inspection standards, CTQ, and skill matrices for quality gates.

I’ve implemented Poka Yoke and Kaizen activities to reduce defects, and support operator training on shop-floor practices and customer complaints. My work also includes corrective actions and audit closure.
