I've delivered inspection and quality oversight for pipeline manufacturing and coating work across BVIL, DNV-GL, RINA, TUV SUD, INTERTEK, ABS, and IXAR.
I inspect H-SAW, L-SAW, ERW, and HFW pipes, covering raw-material review, mechanical and chemical testing, welding parameters, hydrotests, dimensional checks, and final release documentation.
My coating inspection work includes FBE, 3LPE, liquid epoxy, concrete coating, and field-joint coating for oil and gas line pipes. I monitor blasting, surface preparation, environmental conditions, application parameters, film thickness, adhesion, peel, hardness, impact, and holiday testing.
I've supported major pipeline projects for BPCL, IOCL, GIGL, and Reliance. I also prepare quality plans, QA/QC dossiers, NDT plans, welding reports, and test packs while coordinating with clients and NDT teams.
