What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an AI/ML internship to apply my model development skills, contribute to data-driven solutions, and gain industry experience.

At IIT BHU, I developed machine learning pipelines for drug–target affinity prediction using 1D, 2D, and 3D molecular data from 30,000+ samples. I also generated protein embeddings with BERT and ESM and applied multi-modal learning to combine drug and protein features.

For my MDF-DTA project, I built a deep learning model using the DAVIS dataset, implementing Graph Neural Networks and protein sequence embeddings for feature extraction. I trained, evaluated, and optimized the model to improve predictive performance.

I also developed TripCraft, an AI-based travel itinerary planner that generates day-wise recommendations from user inputs. I applied ranking and filtering techniques and built a web interface for real-time itinerary generation and interaction.
