What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a nursing role where I can provide safe, patient-centred acute and stroke care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and continue developing my clinical practice.

I've provided registered nursing care at Humber River Hospital across Medicine Unit 12 West and Stroke/Medicine units, managing 4–6 patients with acute, complex, and chronic conditions.

I treat patients experiencing stroke, delirium, sepsis, pneumonia, alcohol withdrawal, and seizures while implementing stroke protocols and precaution measures.

I collaborate with SLPs, dietitians, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists, educate patients on discharge care, and mentor student nurses. I also administer blood products and total parenteral nutrition according to protocol.

Earlier, I supported customers at McCarthy Uniforms by handling approximately 80 daily calls and emails, processing orders and returns, and protecting confidential payment information.
