What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to chemical manufacturing operations through process monitoring, troubleshooting, production planning, safety compliance, quality control, and continuous improvement.

I'm currently supporting operations and troubleshooting at IGPL's Benzoic Acid unit, monitoring high-temperature processes and improving yield through distillation control.

Previously at Nocil, I operated PLC-controlled processes including filtration, settling, centrifugation, ATFE distillation, and crystallization. I handled chemical processes involving ammonia, chlorine, HCL, KOH, and hydrocarbon solvents while supporting emergency response and hazard identification.

At Solar Explosives, I handled the Lead Azide process, production documentation, SAP reporting, 5S, and TPM. At Shilpa Steel, I worked in HCL acid recovery and regeneration, managed PLC SCADA operations, and supported plant startups, shutdowns, maintenance, and safety procedures.

I've built my chemical engineering foundation through a B.Tech in Petrochemical Technology, a Diploma in Chemical Engineering, and process design training in line sizing, pumps, pressure-drop calculations, and PSV/PRV sizing.
