At Vista Analytics LLP, I deliver valuation, transaction and debt-advisory work for US and Indian advisory firms, from model build through to the final report, review memo or lender memorandum. I’ve delivered 50+ valuations of US private companies and reviewed 30+ third-party valuations for audit.
My work spans valuation methods and financial-reporting purposes, including DCF, DealStats transaction methods, Monte Carlo, 409A and ASC 805. In debt advisory, I’ve worked on 20+ mandates with an aggregate ask of ~₹4,000 Cr, building debt-sizing and cash-flow models and preparing lender materials.
I also built five custom Claude skills to standardise valuation and deal deliverables. Earlier, I prepared Financial Institutions Group pitchbook content at BA Continuum (Bank of America), after beginning my career in audit and tax.
