I've founded and operated Rijal, a Kashmiri grooming and apparel brand, where I redesigned and deployed the e-commerce website end-to-end using Astro, Sanity.io, Tailwind CSS, Razorpay, and Cloudflare Pages.
I also co-founded Kashmir Hopper Holidays and rebuilt its travel booking platform with immersive GSAP and ScrollTrigger storytelling. For Kinetic Five, I architected and shipped a production website for a five-founder engineering firm through an AI-assisted workflow.
Alongside web products, I built MediTracker, a Java and Spring Boot hospital management system with RFID patient identification, ESP32 hardware integration, multi-role access, billing, lab workflows, and real-time notifications.

MediTracker
Built a full hospital management system with multi-role access and real-time notifications. Implemented RFID-based patient registration, digital wallet, visit tracking, lab test ordering, automated billing, and an admin dashboard, integrating ESP32 and RFID hardware.

Kinetic Five
Architected and shipped a website for a five-founder engineering firm, driving an AI-assisted build workflow (Antigravity AI) from planning docs to deployment. Successfully deployed the production site on Cloudflare Pages.
