At Liveperson, I oversaw the migration of legacy Salesforce automation to Flows and helped standardize the SKU request process within CPQ. I also deployed a JIRA intake process for enhancements, bugs, and new projects.

I facilitated improvements to a long-running Salesforce environment through automation, data cleanup, and standardization. Key initiatives included migrating 900+ users across five global departments from Salesforce Classic to Lightning and rebuilding the CPQ implementation with the implementation team.

At FactorSystems, Inc dba Billtrust, I developed custom Salesforce apps to address internal needs and managed changes and enhancements for Salesforce CPQ. I also supported and helped implement applications including SpringCM, Marketo, ZoomInfo/DiscoverOrg, Talkdesk, and Email2Case.
