At Diya, Fatimilehin & Co., I designed, built and deployed a production cheque requisition system on Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint Online. It replaced a paper process across 14 head-office departments and 14 branches.
I gathered requirements with Accounts, department heads and the Head of Practice, then built a responsive canvas app and approval workflow. The system includes configurable approver routing, automatic location-coded reference numbers and an Excel Online accounts register.
I put governance into the system with role-based access, item-level permissions and a timestamped activity log. I tested the workflows end to end, resolved issues raised in user testing, and documented handoff and maintenance.
