What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an Agile team where I can own end-to-end QA, strengthen test documentation, and use API/SQL testing to improve reliability. I want to deliver high-quality e-commerce/order-management and POS experiences while collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders.

I’m a Result-oriented Quality Engineer with over 4.5 years of experience in Software Testing across retail and e-commerce (B2B & B2C) domains, complemented by over 6 months of experience as a Business Analyst in Point of Sale (POS) solutions.

I cover all phases of SDLC & STLC—test planning, design, execution, and defect management—so releases stay dependable. I bring hands-on expertise in testing IBM Sterling OMS, Order Management, and Inventory Management systems using API Testing (Postman), Database Testing (SQL), and defect tracking in JIRA.

In Agile/Scrum environments, I focus on strong test documentation, process optimisation, and smooth delivery. I designed and executed manual tests for web and client-server e-commerce using BDD/Gherkin (Xray/Zephyr), and I supported defect triage and sprint execution with clear evidence.

I’ve also owned end-to-end QA for order fulfilment and integrations—covering functional, regression, SIT, integration, and UAT phases. From EDI testing (WinSCP) and collaboration with MuleSoft to validating critical order flows and notifications, I’ve helped improve system stability and cross-team alignment.
